Clifford Tolo is the Managing Partner at C.O Tolo & Company Advocates, an Advocate and Chartered Arbitrator in Kenya. Clifford has over 8 years post qualifications practice focusing on Criminal, Civil, Corporate, Commercial and banking law.

His practice areas include corporate law, banking and financial transactions, commercial contracts and project management and advisory of foreign investments in Kenya.

Clifford regularly advises many leading domestic, regional and international Companies including numerous private companies, foreign embassies and consulates and some of Kenya’s largest State Corporations. He counsels on all aspects of Tax and Investment Law for entities setting up in Kenya and Banking law.

In addition, Clifford is also an expert arbitrator and is presently a Member of CIARD. In recognition of his industry knowledge and legal expertise, he is often appointed to act as arbitrator on complex commercial disputes.
